France Nantes European Solidarity Corps Under the authority of the director of the after-school program, you will participate in the implementation of the animation project by proposing to children various activities and animations in connection with your artistic, cultural or sports skills. You will work with children between 3 and 11 years old. We will also help you to set up activities around interculturality, Europe and European citizenship. You will work as part of a team and will participate in various work activities during specific times. Working hours: Monday/Thursday/Tuesday/Friday from 11am to 6:45 pm, sometimes on wednesday afternoon.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Accomodation: Our volunteers will be housed in a young workers’hsotel (foyer des jeunes travailleurs). The studios are furnished with bathroom and kitchenette. Transportation: Volunteers will receive a monthly bus pass that will allow them to travel from their accommodation to the Nantes mission headquarters or to the extracurricular sites. Food: volunteers will have lunch in the school restaurant on the days of their intervention during the school year and will receive a monthly allowance for the other meals.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We are looking for 2 volunteers aged between 18 and 30 years old. You have good interpersonal skills, and appetite for teamwrk and working with children aged 3 to 11, and good communication skills. You are patient and creative in order to animate activities. You have the ability to plan, organize and manage activities. You are dynamic, willing to share and develop your skills. English and some notions of French are a plus.
