Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) has launched a call for 46 scholarships covering 50% of the tuition fee and 27 Tutor positions for Master courses for Master Courses 2020/2021 in Design, Fashion, Visual Arts, Communication and Art area held in Milan, Florence, Rome, Turin and Como.
The contest is open to all international students aged over 18 years at the moment of application, in possession of a bachelor degree or, equivalent qualification, or having a job experience in the relevant field.
Graduands are eligible, as long as they obtain the academic diploma within 30 days before the discussion of the Master course’s Thesis Project.
Candidates must show proficiency in the language of the course at minimum level B2.
Candidates, Italian or foreigners, should not reside in Italy.
How to apply
To apply for the scholarship, choose the course you want to apply for and register using this form.
Scholarship will be assigned, taking into consideration the designated course, according to the results of a test related to the course skills, an aptitude test and the selection interview.
– 16th June 2020, 23:59 CET, for November intake;
– 22nd September 2020, 23:59 CET, for January and February intakes.

The selection will be online and will include:
– a test related to the course skills,
– an aptitude test,
– an interview selection with the course Coordinator.
IED and Accademia Galli have established that the online aptitude test will not be of a notional school type nor strictly or exclusively related to the themes and tools of the course of interest to the candidates.
Your problem solving skills, your aptitude for teamwork and your creativity in communicating will be stimulated.
The motivational interview will serve to bring out your personal interests and your propensity to design.
If required, as a requirement for admission to the Master, you will also need to present a portfolio.
The total score in all phases of the online selection will define the final ranking.
