Associazione Joint is looking for an intern to join the project management and design team, to deal with KA2 and EU Aid European Solidarity project management/reporting and with KA1/KA2/ESC project design. Main tasks: – management of EUROTUREC EU Aid approved project: here more details. The task requires to act as project assistant, taking part to all main activities, including international trainings/study-visits – design of future projects such as Youth Exchanges, KA2 Cooperation Partnerships and accreditation of ESC Host organisations we coordinate. Optional tasks: – participation in Youth Exchanges and Training Courses we coordinate in Italy, taking care of logistic and reporting – writing articles for youthnetworks.net platform.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Eligible candidates: – Official residence in a country other than Italy (candidates with residency in Italy are not eligible) – Official residence in the EU, in Norway or Iceland – no age limit, but preference for under 31-yo to get European Solidarity ESC support. IMPORTANT: we won’t be able to support the Visa process, thus the candidates should have a permanent residency in the EU or a valid Visa for the entire period of the internship (6-months, until end of September 2022).
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
Possibility to take part in project design local training course that we organize, called “Corso di Europrogettazione” (https://corsidieuroprogettazione.it/), in Italian. Terms and Conditions: Duration: 6/12-months, with possibility to turn into permanent employment afterwards. Commencement: mid-Feb or March 2022. Financial compensation: 1060€/month. Hours: 40/week. Time: Monday/Friday between 9am to 8pm (flexibility required and offered). NB might also be requested to work sometimes on the weekends.
Required characteristics: – fluency in written and spoken business English – experience in E+ mobility activity as staff member – experience in project writing and reporting – interest in volunteering certification. Not compulsory characteristics: – knowledge of Italian language – experience as facilitator/trainer – driving licence and availability to use it – administration and book-keeping capacity.
