Nantes France European Solidarity Corps Organize various awareness and information times on international mobility for young people Inform young people about the association and offer them individual support; Organize and present workshops for groups of young people on the departure or return of an experience of international mobility; Participate in the promotion/valuing of the experiences of young people (radio programs, written and video testimonies…); Contribute to linguistic and cultural preparation workshops organized by the association; Participate in links with youth partners and integration of the territory; Monitor ongoing projects in support of the project manager; Participate in the administrative tasks of the structure (team life, project monitoring); Participate in the process of pooling the educational tools of the association in collaboration with the other volunteers of the association; Contribute to the content day on social networks and the website;

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

* Accommodation: In youth housing residences * Food: The volunteers will have money every month to do their shopping at the supermarket. They will be independent for shopping and cooking. They will have kitchens available in their accommodation. * local transport: the tutor will help the volunteer in order to benefit from transport at reduced prices (TAN, SNCF) throughout their stay. Transport costs related to the mission will be covered. The office accommodation journey is accessible on foot, by tram or by bicycle.

TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY

training : to facilitate reception, integration into the team and placement in volunteer activities: support in administrative and financial procedures, preparation for intercultural discovery, linguistic support, +on-arrival training and mid -term seminar during his mobility. Parcours le Monde – Grand Ouest offers tailor-made educational support to each of the volunteers.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

Someone aged between 18 and 30 years old; Someone who is motivated, curious, dynamic and a willing to take part in the volunteering; = (at least) basic French and the will to improve is required!
